We begin with our first contact and work toward securing a mortgage loan, answering questions, collecting documents, verifying information, and we stick with you all the way through closing. We're here to make your home-buying journey as smooth and stress-free as possible!

Several factors can influence the interest rate on your mortgage. These include but are not limited to: credit score, loan-to-value ratio (LTV), down payment, loan term, type of loan, economic factors, and location. We understand that these factors may seem daunting, but rest assured, we're here to simplify them for you!

While Jessica is individually licensed in FL and NC, CMS is licensed in 28 states and counting! If you live outside of the 2 states Jessica is personally licensed in but you do live in one of the states that CMS operates in, Jessica can still assist you with your home loan!
